Sweet! I've been wanting to build one, but I realy don't need it bad enough.

    Some questions:
Is that Rockler T-track running vertically? The blue stuff I mean.

Is that horizontal top rail just a fence post?

Is there any kind of roller that runs along that round top rail?

    How's the power cord work?

      Saw

First, Yes it is Rockler T-Track.
      Running verticle.
Second, It is Conduit Pipe for the Horizontil rail.Thin wall emt.
Third. There are Six bearings ,three on each end of the top carriage to support the saw carriage.
Fourth,The power cord get anchored to the top of the carriage. I'll finish that tomorrow.
      Thanks for the cudos.

Good deal, I'd love to see some detail shots of the bearings and carriage. If you want to share any lessons learned in building this, I'd be real appreciative as well.

what's the length of the t-track? Rockler's website only has a 4' max.

I'm impressed that looks like a nice machine, and the circ saw is even counterbalanced, maybe with a spring or a weight?
