You Suck! If you are in Waxhaw NC you should go post on the classifieds in Woodnet. I know there are half a dozen or so guys over there in the Charlotte area. They might come buy from you.David

How much something like that cost?
And do you do it for other people too? Do you charge them money or a portion of the wood like pick of the litter kinda deal?YOU DONT HAVE TO TRAIN TO BE MISERABLE. YOU HAVE TO TRAIN TO ENDURE MISERY.Comment

Not sure just what you mean Uncle Hook, but it will cut within 1" of the deck. It will cut as thin as 1/16" veneer and post up to 24" X 24" X 20' and anything in between. I paid around $7500 for the mill, then I made lots of modifications to it. Yes I cut for others, but not for lumber. I have no room to store it all,Last edited by The WoodButcher; 01-18-2007, 07:07 PM.Comment

Hi thiggy, Yes it's a Norwood, that chain is there as a safty, against the mill pulling to the log, this was the first time I have ever loaded that big of a log while the mill was up on the jacks. All went real well, once we got the combination down It never did pull the slack out of the chain, it looks tight but it's not. Here is a link to a post on my forum.
