using a circular saw made for use in EU

Hi Guys
I have a chance to acquire a circular saw at a good price. This is a 230v 50 hz made for europe. Can I use them here by just changing out the plug? Is this not worth the trouble. The only reason I am interested is that I can get almost new plunge saw (like a festool) at a fraction of the cost.

Nope.

Nope.

only useful if you have convenient 220V 50 Hz to plug into.
It would turn fewer RPMs (maybe not a real problem) but the voltage would not work.
