I have one for my circular saw (7 1/4 ofcourse) and it is hands down the BEST blade I have ever had on it, I can not kill it. Most blades last a while, but this thing is still as sharp as when I bought it. I never even thought to buy a 10 inch version, and ofcourse picked up a Forrest WWII at Woodcraft on sale.
I bought one of these blades last week when i seen it posted on how well it worked. Had the odd teeth arangement. Put it on the BT3100 and the saw shook & rattled. I removed & reinstalled to insure I dint install incorrectly.
Returned it and have not tried another.
By the way the china blade that comes with the BT works fine on lighter material and leaves a nice cut edge on plywood. When i ripped a lenght of mahogany, 1 1/4" thick it burned.
So you're saying that the China blade on the new BT's isn't as good as the Freud from Italy ? Dang ! just my luck. Maybe I can find an older new BT3100 somewhere that has the Freud blade. How much is a Freud blade like the original's had ? Can I buy one at HD ?

Freud made the BT blade specifically for the BT. They don't offer a blade under their name like it that I know of, although sometimes you can find them on Ebay or classifieds. A comparable blade from Freud might be something like the Diablo or Avanti 40T general purpose blade in the $29-$35 range. Right now Amazon has the LU86R010 on sale for $35 delivered....that's a step up from the Diablo and Avanti.
I had one for a couple of hours.
It cut well, but even on the Ridgid 3650 there was more vibration than I care for. And, it is noisey, the loudest blade I have used. I returned it and picked up a Ridgid T3 Titanium for 10 bucks more. I used that blade and was very happy with it.

I have the 7-1/2" in the circ saw and I love it - there. I would fully expect the 10" version to sound REALLY strange, given the noise the circ saw makes with it in. I will say in the year I've used it I've never had a vibration/flutter problem as described.
For the price, I honestly question the validity of the product in a 10" version. For that money you can get an Irwin blade which is very nice and doesn't rumble like this one would.
I have one. I've done a bit of cross-cutting and a small amount of ripping with it. No vibration, but it is a bit noisier than my other blades (various Freud and my original "made in italy" Ryobi blade). The cuts are good, but slightly less smooth than the Ryobi blade.
It's an OK blade, but if I were to do it again, I'd probably get a Freud combo instead.
