    Different approach to the gallery

    Sam -
Instead of uploading more pics to the server, is it possible for us to post links to our own project galleries? For example, mine is embedded in my web site and instead of taking up server space, we could post direct links to our completed projects

What I was thinking of Loring was a mod to the "Gallery" Tab on the menu, not individual posts.

        IMHO,

I tend to prefer boards where the images are hosted on the board. Too often you can be reading a thread from a year or more back and the images are all gone because the person forgot they were linked and moved/deleted them or whatever.

If they're on the board's server, they should exist as long as the thread itself does barring some unfortunate incident.

What about those of us who don't have their own web pages?

Idea is to allow alternative ways to post a gallery. In your case, no change.
