    My inattention to BT3Central

    Folks,

Regrettably I have let a lot of the "care and feeding" of BT3Central slip through the cracks for the past several months. I have no good excuses for this so I won't try to make any. I've just been occupied with other endeavours and have not given the site the attention it needs and deserves. For that I appologize.

I discovered this morning that the outbound mail services logjammed a little while back and that TONS of outgoing e-mail was undelivered. I rebooted the server and the dam broke loose, hence the sudden onslaught of BT3Central related e-mail in various folks inboxes. I also took a few minutes to disable the donation tracker.

Moving forward, I will take some time over the next several evenings to address the immediate concerns (namely my PM inbox) and work on those. After all of the "fires" are put out I will begin working on a more long range plan for the site so that this does not happen again. Again, I appologize for "letting the weeds get so tall" around here.

On a final note, I will double check my desktop at home this evening, but as far as I know, I have no undeposited checks or money orders and have not had for many weeks. I am left to wonder if perhaps they were either lost in transit (very unlikely for multiple checks to get lost) or if perhaps they didn't make it to me within my own household (which is a distinct possibility given that my sons often bring in the mail!). Either way, I will take care of any "money business" with the utmost urgency.

    Humbly,

No big worries, I'm just glad the yard is here for us to play in.

(which is a distinct possibility given that my sons often bring in the mail!).
I have found a lot of mail of mine in an unused built-in hamper. I figured my grandaughter thought it was a 'mailbox'.

          Glad you're alive, Sam.

I think it might be prudent to post your mailing address here, so that those of us who are mailing things out have a way to confirm it, and so it will be searchable in the database. Thanks.

Thanks for the idea. It is at the bottom of the Payments page:

No apologies necessary, even when it's not running right this is one of the best sites on the internet!
