Still cannot upload pics (SAM?)...

I have moved to using Webshots for my online photo hosting. I have plenty of space, and can use my images on various forums without raising anyone's ire... Less of a load on the forum servers that way too.

can't upload image

I cannot figure out how to upload images. When I click on "upload image" I see a window telling me that it will set viewing permissions to public, but nothing else. When I try to upload to the gallery it says I do not have permission to access that page. Help?
