    Tutorials section permissions?

When I try to post a new tutorial, I get the following error...

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I am assuming this is a permissions change with the new software...

It should open for all viewers. The problem is that the section is not accepting new posts. Unless ya'll are saying that you can create now posts in the articles section?

OK folks, its starting to look like a compatibility issue with the Articles plugin I purchased for the site and the new version of vBulletin. To be honest, I for got that the Articles mod was a purchased product and I let the maintenance agreement expire. I will re-up the subscription and will download and install the new version ASAP. Most likely Friday night or Saturday night.

This is what I get when opening for new tutorials.
