Was the site down or just me and Ray?

Has BT3 been down? Couldn't get in for 16 hours or so. Ray in UK had same problem. Was there something we missed???

Seems like it was down. I was reduced to surfing craigslist like a mindless mall rat...

Same here. Just to make sure it wasn't a dns issue, I tried Sam's website samconder.com. It didn't work either.

Yeah, it went down a little after 0900 here, so that would be 3am East Coast time. I was here, going through the threads, and then everything was gone! I kinda figured it was just the connection out here, because I lost a bunch of other sites I visit everyday.

Why do we get so upset about losing something that we didn't have for many years? I refused to get a cell phone for years, but I finally gave in when my mother got one for me, catch being that she pay for everything for it, since I didn't want it ...
Just think of something witty and pretend you saw it here.

I got some "domestic goddess" work done with the site down but was having a hard time with out having the forum or chat up and running. But I did some google searches on meaningless stuff like new recipes to torture everyone with, Uh I mean to try something different.

Glad its back up and running again.

What I want to know is, HOW MUCH MONEY, did it take from members wives/spouses (didn't mean to leave out Mrs. Walnut or our female members), to shutdown the site for a few hours, so they got their spouses to do something!
