Hurrah! I hope folks quickly start replacing their off-site pictures in older posts with this method. It's frustrating to go back to the archive, find a post that is exactly what you were looking for, but find it useless due to lack of pictures.

Thanks, Sam, and thanks to all patrons who helped make this possible!

Thanx Sam! Have seen many references to the difficulties of posting pictures lately. Shows once more why this is such a great forum!

Just a thought Sam, and I'm not sure if you have access to such a thing or if you're doing something similiar, but ASPUpload has a component called ASPJpeg that allows you to specify a size of a jpg, gif, bmp that gets uploaded to the server.

I've used it before and it makes it easier for the users that post 1280x1024 pics and wonder why it makes the webpage display funny. It also helps in keeping the file size down so you don't burn through your storage too fast.

          http://www.aspupload.com for more info.

Well, the new hard drive is in place on the server, so now I just need to make the site edits. I probably won't have time until late next week. I'll try to give a fairly early warning since the forum will have to be shut down during the edit process.
