Yow! I'm not gonna get started on this one. I'm in the Army and deal with silly accronyms and goofy form and regulation numbers on an almost minute by minute basis. [:P]

All I could come up with at first was "Some Woman Making Best Offer," which made it sound like she could be replaced at any minute. I didn't think that that was right!
I really am going to make something one of these days.

            TLA - Three Letter Acronym
OBE - Overcome By Events (Already been taken care of)
PITA - Pain In The Anterior (It is a family forum)

Here are a couple of my favorites that I haven't seen here yet, but could be applicable in the right situations:

TANSTAAFL - There ain't no such thing as a free lunch
YGWYPF - you get what you pay for
IMWTK - Inquiring minds want to know
IGSC - I get so confused

Over here, usually in relation to when something is wanted / may arrive:

DHYB = Don't Hold Your Breath
INHMB = I'm Not Holding My Breath

NAP maybe the Netherlands Auxiliary Police? Or at least that's as near as possible to the real acronym as I can get.
Two that we use at work a lot are:
LIFER - Lazy Inefficient Foulup Expecting Retirement
STBY - Sucks To Be You, we use this one a lot at "whine" and jeese" parties. (Like when someone who makes 200K whines that their beemer didn't come in the color they wanted. usual response "jeese, sucks to be you!)[:I]
