    Amazon Site support question

    Sam,

I tried to do a search using the Amazon form in the "Support this site" area. It can't find something that I'm looking to buy. However, once I'm on the Amazon site, I search again and it finds it just fine.

Does the site still get credit under this circumstance?

I was trying to get the H5783 canister for Grizzly DCs, and no matter what terms I search under, the form on here won't bring it up.

If you used the search, and then it took you to Amazon but told you "not found" but then you searched again IN Amazon, it should be fine. Incidentally, I used the search box, chose to search in Tools & Hardware and entered H5783 and found the canister.

      Sam,

I used the search with "All Products", so apparently it doesn't really mean "All Products". I figured if it couldn't find it with no restrictions, there was no sense in limiting the search.

      Thanks,

      Jeff
