Bob - funny you should ask. I'm about to be in trouble.
The Marine ply I have been buying (many years), has both faces of "Hoop pine" - part of the Oz Marine timber specifications - the color is as you see it.
NOW, the only stuff I can get is a weird pink color which comes from the UK - AND - it has less laminations
I never have plywood "scrap", only "offcuts". For this project I was able to use some of those.
What stock I have left will be used VERY carefully!
