Had to remove the big clamp rack I had on my wall, and decided that a movable cart would be handier for my shop.
I took a Harbor Freight Furniture Cart 18x30, screwed a couple 6' 2x4s at a 15° angle top and bottom to it, and 2 other 2x2s on the back side at 15° also.
Then cut some 3/4" Plywood scraps 2" x 18" and screwed them to the 2x4s and 2x2s at 12" intervals.
Holds most of my clamps and should help keeping them gathered up.
