Hope To Get The CofO On The Shop Next Week

of course not having one hasn't stopped me from using it. I was slowed down a bit by the surgery and some other stuff. Too busy the last few weeks to take a comp day from work. Last weekend the weather did not cooperate. Barring blowups at work tomorrow, I will take my day Monday, take care of a couple things and have the inspector out next week.

Good luck! Might think of having a plate of brownies available, might make the inspection go easier.

Good luck, David. Erik's idea about the brownies sounds like a good one to me.

LOL, I first read it as Country of Origin.

        Good luck.

Depends on the ingredients in the brownies!

that had me scratching my head at first also, since we call it a CO, but anyways. Forget the brownies, my experience has been a cold 6 pack GL with the inspection.

Thanks fellas. Beer might work. I need to dig down to expose some of the footings so he can verify depth and size. I should have done it early on but didn't know he needed to see them before I backfilled. Never got around to digging them back up again. I also need to put hurricane ties on the rafters. Kinda forgot that last fall in the rush when my inlaws were moving in. He doesn't care if they are inside or outside so I will cut back the soffit and put them in, the add trim to hide the gap.
