    THIS is a Shed!

A good friend of mine "retired" recently and decided to build a REAL Shed.

Most of the work has been done by him and his sons. As it nears completion - all I can say is I'm GREEN with envy...

Size is 40' x 26' on a concrete slab. Ground floor is 9' high, then 13' to the top of the peak (22' total). Roof pitch is 45°
A good idea of the "roof" space is the chair you can see...

I could put that in my basement. Of course I'd have to have a much larger house.

Reminds me of the "Foster's" commercials - "Australian for shed!" That's impressive!

I would have to make sure the ceiling joists would support a pool table. add some knee walls and you have a great hang out for the 'Boys'!

Wow. For a minute there I thought you were saying 9' to the top of the wall, then another 4' to the peak for a total of 13'. Heck, mine is barely done and even I'm jealous. What's he gonna do with a building that large?

Yeah, but it'll never be as clean as yours, Rod.

Come to think of it, mine, too!

He probably needs a shed that big to keep the wallabees at bay. The sheer size scares 'em off.

Yes, but this is "territory". Try to build 40'x26' within 20 miles from Manhattan.
