Buit a Drill Press Table

I put this simple Drill Press Table together for resting parts to be drill. It shoould work out well I think.

Very Good. You will enjoy it. I agree with Chopnhack about adding a replaceable insert. Since the table is already made, you could remove the table and route out a square and make replaceable inserts. It will come in real handy down the road.

Very nice work on the DP table. Does the fence interfere with the handle to lower the bit?

Thanks for the complements. I plan on routing out a circle in the center and installing a replaceable insert. With the circle I can turn it around and use different areas before I need to change it out. Got that suggestion off the Creek.

What about a big hole saw for the cirlcle? It would make making inserts for it easy...

Good point, and if you off center the circle from the drilling area, as you mentioned you will be able to turn the circle 360 and flip over for quite some time. Nice!
