    No space for a shop - try this!!

    Not sure if you need to be a FWW member to view this video, if you do I am sorry.

    Anyway you should check out this video of how Richard Ciupka of Montreal created his shop, when he had no space to build one he went underground...

    Very slick... if you've got a spare $million or so... Wouldn't work in my neck of the woods, though, unless you like working underwater...

      Yup - I bet it cost more than a buck or two. Unless you really love your house, which I guess he did, I would be tempted to take the money and move somewhere that had the room.

            What we didn't find out is how he gets 4'x8' sheets of plywood in or cabinets out...

                My thoughts exactly. You notice he had to duck to get through the door to the shop. I'd want to have two possible exits, especially in a woodworking shop where fire is a possibility.

                  Given all the equipment he has in there I am sure he has a way. Maybe the roof opens like a missile bay
