Please show your dust control setup.

From my prior threads, hopefully folks will know what I mean here. I am working on finalizing my setup for dust control using a shop vac. (Ridgid 12 gallon Wet / Dry vac actually) and I wanted to see how folks set theirs up. I am really needing to see how well folks have things set up for space usage, ease of use, and noise reduction.

As I mentioned in a prior thread, I am planning on using the Shop Vac Sawdust Collection system, and building at least one of my own custom hoses to get the length I need for connecting my T.S.. An accoustic dampened box is NOT even vaguely a problem and will likely be part of my solution as I need to be able to put stuff above the vac as well.

Ah the joys of trying to get a full shop into a small garage!

    muffler for vac

I picked up a muffler at HD for the vac which claims to reduce the noise volume by "25%"..... It was 12.99 or so it does quiet down the vac w/o any noticeable difference in sucking power. It fits the 1 7/8 size hose on the 6 gallon vac and has an adapter to fit the 2 1/2 hose (I have a 6 gallon I use in the house.....picked it up using the $10 visa lowes coupon a while back and a 12 gallon in the garage).
