HF dollies as base for mobile cabinets?

Has anyone looked into using one of the HF dollies as a base for a mobile cabinet? I'm thinking of one like this:

Or maybe (if locked wheels aren't needed) this:

    http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=93614or this:

I figure the shipping might be pricey, but they might have something in stock at the local store.

My local store has the wood one, on the right. The drawback is that the wheels have no brakes. Otherwise reasonable idea. In fact, on sale, the dolly costs less than the four wheels alone. The lack of a brake can be overcome if you have access to a welder to make a wheel stop.

I'd imagine that the orange one with brakes is also more resistant to racking, since it has a cross piece. But a board across the others would probably work as well.

Most of the stores carry the wooden ones. They are on sale about 50% of the time and they always have a big stack of them. When they are on sale it is cheaper to buy the mover just for the casters alone.
