    Laundry Room Remodel

A couple of weeks ago, SWMBO said she wanted cabinets installed above the washer and dryer and replace the wash tub with a sink in a cabinet. She was looking at the big box stores web sites and not liking what she saw. I was envisioning me hanging cabinets, and finishing them by myself. I casually mentioned looking at the shop that did our kitchen and bathroom vanities when we built the home as an alternative to get me out of the labor required. To my surprise, she thought that was a good idea. To my total amazement, she found exactly the cabinets she wanted. To my total dumbfounded disbelief, she wanted the cabinet shop to do all of the work. Don't pinch me, I might wake up.

Does this qualify you for purchasing new tools even though you won’t be doing the work?

Fortunately, I don't need any new tools. I don't even need any new painting tools to prep the room for the cabinetry. To be honest, there's no room in the shop for new tools. I'm just glad I don't have to mount cabinets 55" off the floor at 78 by myself.
