Sure is small for my way of thinking but I would love to see the results.

the wood dimensions are metric as used in most metric countries for their dimensional lumber
1.8m = 5.9 feet = 70.8 inches
50mm = 1.96 inches
100mm = 3.94 inches
the rules gives the board feet limit.
A US 2x4 dimensional lumber is usually 1.5" x 3.5" finished size and comes 8 feet or 96 inches long.
