    Making a Jarvi Bench

    Video is kind of old so alot of you may have seen it already but those who haven't might enjoy it.

      that's very interesting - some larger scale tools than mine. I like the way he just uses the tools and spends no time tuning or checking them. I think he's made that table before...

          Just when I thought my shop was reasonably well set up.
          I am praying for patience but extremely upset that it takes so long.

            As if there weren't other clues--i knew he was out of my league when he brought out the forklift!!

            On the other hand--that looked like the perfect sized coffee pot for a one-man shop.

                That is a good question. Any guesses out there? I did a search several different ways and could not find anything that listed a "price".

                Being that it is a work of art by a famous woodworker, . . . art sells to those with the money!

                  I've seen that one before, and it's very cool. He uses common measuring devices...no digital anything.

                    That was really cool and an impressive use of a band mill.

                    I have to ask, though--do you think he wears that hat every time he builds something, or just when there is a camera around? I kept waiting for him to grab a whip and fight some Nazis.
