I am looking for a low cost (wholesale preferrably) source for clock works. I need to make 50 (no joke) various clocks for an upcoming church fundraiser, and need the cost to be reasonable...

Klockit is the retail branch of another company whose name escapes me at the moment. This other company is a wholesaler and sells the same stuff but at cheaper prices. A call to Klockit might be all it takes to hook you up with their wholesale counterpart.

Okay, next dumb question. If I am having to drop $30.00 each on movements / bezels, how much should something like a Walnut / Oak Tambour clock sell for?

It depends on the market, and what you want to charge. Hard to say. I would pay yourself materials and $20/ hour. Figure out how long it'll take to make them all, using what batch processes you can, and divide by 50. That's your labor cost per clock.Comment

I've found Clockparts.com to have good pricing, good selection, and good service.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.
