Undersized cuts can be made with a TK blade and a full kerf, depending on the plywood. Problems of ganging blades is having the teeth mesh properly and if they are hollow ground, may cause them to draw towards being tightened on the arbor. There may also be a slight difference in diameter. Some distributors that sell a better grade of 1/4" Red Oak ply have it labeled an A2, and it may be a full 1/4".
