Specifically, which/what "Phenolic" are you referring to?

good question. I am looking for some plastic/phenolic 1/4" thick should do, for some jig parts. It needs to be stong/thick enough to withstand the torquing of bolts without breaking or warping.

There was a place I found that was near Baseline and 48th St in Phx. They would rather sell full sheets of stuff but had scrap sizes they would sell me. It wasnt phenolic though they did have it available. It was expensive stuff.
Walk the yellow pages for plastics and look for one in that area. I can't remember the name.

wow you are right this stuff aint cheap. I think I will see if I can find somewhere local and see if they have some scraps, I only really need a piece about 6" sq.
