Well as I have posted before I am working on building a bar, and now am focusing on the bartop. Yes I know its been taking a long time, but with work and life getting in the way, its taking some time.
Anyway the wife requires the corners to be rounded. I have 1 45deg. corner, that is the only issue. I'm using some Cap Moulding that has a slight lip on the top that will sit on top of the bartop. Well I'm trying to figure out if its possible to route, non-flat moulding (it has a design to it) to produce a rounded corner, verse a pointed one.
I have a router and have routed corners round when the wood is flat, but never when it is wavy due to the style of the moulding. What can be used, if its even possible.
