    I did think about that but I haven't mustered the courage to try and tackle that. I need to practice a bit more to hone my router skills. I have tried several practice runs and messed up in one way or another so for now I'll just have to be careful.

    I'll post pics when I get it tricked out (i.e. once TheRic sends it back....right?)

        Well done! I have that DP with a (unnotched) table clamped on and curse every time I have to change table height. I had thought about epoxying a nut on in place of the crank handle and using a ratchet wrench to move up and down the rack--sort of like a car jack. Instead, I guess I've settled on cursing until I have a slightly larger drill press.
