    Sorry Sarge. I knew what T bolts were. It's the "quick release" that got me. By that, I guess you meant it was quick to turn the bolt (releasing the pressure). I was thinking about something completely different. Thank you.

        Dang it Ed, I tried to show you the X that marks the spot to the buried treasure and you already knew what T bolts were! After typing all that I had to go take a nap to re-cuperate. :>)

        BTW.. I always refer to them incorrectly as quick release cause they are quicker to release than using an open end wrench or socket. You know.. kinda like that 12" bass you caught and by the time you got the story on the street that monster had grown to 20" and required two to land it in the boat.

        Anyway those puppies come in handy. I used them on my new reco Uni-saw in place of the wrench required hex heads and especially the one in the rear that has to be turned 6000 times to get it off. Why couldn't Delta just use a shorter bolt with a T or Star handle. With quick release ( he......) while others are still turning a wrench to get that rear one off, I have it off and have already built a bird-house. ha.. ha...
