where to have the .jpg file print to large dimension?

I have several large picture files (.jpg file). I want to enlarge them to 16x20". I know Kinko can print color but I find them expensive.

Is there a web site, that can print them?, I plan to matt and frame them.

    thanks,

I haven't actually tried it but the corner drugstores that used to have 1 hour photo processing have now all gone to support digital photgraphy. THey have kiosks where you can load disks, CDs, and memory cards of all types and display the picture, you can also crop and edit somehat and then have it printed and pick it up. Also on their websites you can upload jpegs directly to their sites and pick up finished prints at your corner store in an hour. Try Walgreens and CVS.

        Good luck.

had to ge my 2 cents in, most "output" houses will image photo files to just about any size you want. Usually they're not cheap, but in a city like NY, the competition is fierce, which bring down the cost, and if you want more than one copy, subsequent ones are much less as thay only have to RIP the image once (which accounts for most of machine time, and cost.

And with you being in Irvine, I'm sure there are tons of service bureaus.

Costco will do big enlargements very inexpensively. As in about $2 for an 8x10, $5 for a 16x20. For certain of the stores, you can download color profiles of their printers, so the techies among you can correct your photos onscreen to look close to how they're going to print.
