Does anyone know of a source for plans on building a saw buck for cutting vinyl or aluminum siding? Many years ago we built these things out of plywood and 3/4" boards. The idea was to create a channel where you would slide the panel into it and the circular saw would slide on runners at 90 degrees and whatever angle you needed for the job. It also kept the siding panel flat and straight in the channel. I want to build one instead of spending a bunch of money buying something I'll only use for this one job. I have some UHMW and have a rough idea but would like some sample images if possible.
Delta used to make this thing that is sort of the idea. Unfortunately they quit making them and they were expensive.
TIA
