    What I have done is to take a regular 5/16" t-nut and grind of the prongs to make them flat, then I take a 3/16" fender washer and bore it out to 3/8". Slip the fender washer over the t-nut and it slides into the rail. I did this when I was going to add half rails. I didn't feel like waiting for shipping on the factory stuff. Plus, making do with something I already had on hand is kind of fun.
