There are many electrical crimpers/bolt cutters like this:

relatively cheap - cuts 5 sizes threaded bolts 4-40 thu 10-24 and 10-32
Much cheaper solution for small bolts found in electronic and electrical assemblies.
But don't do up to 1/4-20 and 5/16-18 like the stanley you want.

Yea, I do need the larger screw sizes, I'm a contract Locksmith and deal with commercial security hardware of all types including safes and vaults.
Most of the time I use a 2" cutoff grinder and a vice or vice grips.Comment
