I have a BT3KIT available for $50 plus shipping. It has been opened, but I've looked through it and it appears to be complete.

had (IIRC)
dual miter slot accessory
Dust bag
two castors to tilt and roll your saw
dado plate
two uncut ZCTPs
Miter clamp
Router mounting kit (plate, fence addons, rings, rear aux table lock)

usefullness of each item varies, discussed at length in the BT3FAQ I have (see sig line)
