We are big tea drinkers at our house and use those electric tea kettles. Everyone I've owned that have the cordless base fail after after a few years due to a fault, corrosion, etc. between the base connection and the pot connection - which causes a short and a bad connection.
The Breville that I now have has those **** triangular headed screws holding the key electrical parts - you know the ones - they are meant to frustrate do-it-yourselfers like us. Sometimes the right slot head screw driver will work - but not in this case.
Any suggestions on where I can find the right driver? Anyone know what this screw type is called?
Being cheap and a hopeless fix-it-yourself type, I always have to at least try and fix it myself once. (The new one is on order).
