As a lot of you know, I had a flood in the basement last week. I found that some of the concrete block had seen better days.
My waste line goes through the wall, into the septic tank. The waste line is in a place that's hard to get to in order to plug the leak. It is in the corner of 2 "walls" of concrete block. The shoulder of the waste line actually touches one of the "walls". I can see I have to somehow get something in the corner to block the leak, but I can't do it with a small putty knife because there's no room. The area that needs to be filled around the pipe is no more than 1/2", probably less.
I could probably reach in there with a screwdriver or something, but I wouldn't be able to use hydraulic cement. Is there some kind of "rope" or other product I could use to fill the void? I won't be able to move the screwdriver much, if any.

to the wall. Thanks for the suggestions. I think it's gonna be OK.
