(I thought I'd ask here first, before going to a hardwood flooring forum and getting beat up...)
I got a great deal on some "cabin" grade hardwood flooring - I don't mind the streaks, and knots, and I understand what "cabin" grade means.
The problem is that about 20% of it has no tongues.
Not a stubby tongue, or a cracked tongue - none. flush.
What the heck do I do with these?
Face nail them all? Will that even work?
Route out a grove and glue in a spline?
I have installed a good bit of hardwood - but never anything this grade, so I am afraid I just don't know what to do with it.
Thanks for your help...
