OK,
So we are in the process of moving our laundry room into a previously unfinished space on the second floor. I have already dropped in the subfloor, and rough framed out some closets, a knee wall, and run some high hat lights, and outlets. The room measures 22' wide, by 12' deep, the ceiling drops quickly into the knee wall, so you can only stand in 8' worth of the width.
Here is the question; I am running 12/2 for the outlets, and 14/2 for the lights, in addition I will have some electric baseboard heaters (220 so that is technically not part of the question or is it?). I plan on running the high hats (6 x 65 watts) on one circuit, and the outlets on another. With the washing machine and propane dryer, will that be enough or do I need a dedicated circuit for them? Other than an iron, I do not see the 'other' outlets in the room getting much use, as most of it is offseason clost space.
As always thanks in advance for access to the knowledge.
