After putting it on the back burner for almost 2 years, I finally got the cabinets installed in the Master Bathroom. Construction is Maple/Birch ply with Maple stock for the facings, doors, and drawer fronts. Drawers are constructed of 1/2" Baltic Birch ply. Finish is high gloss precatylized laquer.
The magazine rack/shelves are to fill a hole cut to allow access to the plumbing between the shower and bathtub. The cabinet doors were edge glued and the joints accented with a shallow 'V' groove on the router table.
The knobs were special ordered for the 'Boss' and her collection of mice.
Next is some repair to the drywall near the floor, lay the ceramic tile floor (a first for me), and trim the room. Then just a matter of installing the toilet, shower door, and hooking up the sink.
