I have a Bosch hammer drill variable speed with 3 modes, drill only, hammer and drill, hammer only. In hammer only mode the chuck comes out of the quick release and a chisel goes in its place. It will do both jobs for you. You can do the hammer drilling and then the chiseling. It is one of the best tools I have ever owned I can’t say enough about the quality of the tool or punishment that thing will take. I bought it at the Borg and have been very very happy with it.
