Clamp-it from Rockler?

Anyone have any of these and if so are they study enough to handle a 3/4" plywood cabinet that's 30"x 24". These pieces of plywood are pretty heavy so I am wondering if these plastic clamps would not bend instead of insuring square sides. Also if you have any other ideas on how one goes about insuring square cabinets if not using these clamps. I'd love to find something cheaper then $42.00 but this is about all I can come up with. I'm also needing to use these to hold the sides together while I screw the pocket screws in. I figure these will accomplish the holding together and insuring square at the same time? Any and all ideas would be appreciated.

BTW, if your project pieces are properly sized with square joints so you know it will be square, then you only need one at a time not four at once - make up one corner then move to the next.

I bought the larger ones when they were on sale last year. They appear to be 90 degrees according to all of my reference angles and whatnot. I believe that what Loring is referring to is the orginal run of these from two-three years ago that were *not* true - apparently this has been fixed.
Now, as for using them like you want - yes, they are sturdy enough to do this. A simple 8" bar clamp will work fine.

I have a pair of these that I use and they work fine. Like Loring said, you can get by with one at a time. I use 2 just to ease my mind is all.

I bought some in the spring during a sale and have used them to build cabinets for my mobile bt3 cart. They were 90 degrees and they worked just fine. The cab parts were as big as what you asked and were made out of BORG China Ply.

Mine work fine although I used the clamps that I already had rather than buying the little ones they offered. Review in May or June Woodcraft Mag noted that the little clamps with the kit were flimsy.

Thanks for the replies. Well, I do appreciate the help and have solved the problem. I went down to Lowes and bought 4 each of the 6" angle iron brackets which believe it or not were 90 degrees and used them. They cost $2.49 each and I had the clamps already so I tried that and it worked just fine plus ever so much cheaper. I love saving money. Just that much more I can spend on some other woodworking tool or wood or whatever. Thanks for the help.
