I've been off line lately 'cause I was busy packing up all my stuff in Pennsylvania and getting it unpacked back here in Arizona. That's right -- after five years -- I"M BACCCCCKKKK!!!! BerniePA with the AZ flag logo, is now BernieBackInAZ!!!
However, I need some help. The lumber guy that I used to deal with to the south of Chandler airport is no longer there. I have checked prices on lumber at Woodworker Source and I think it is called Timber on Southern, and I can't find ANY place with reasonable prices on wood. Of course, Lowes and HD are out of the question.
I have relocated into the San Tan Valley area and my question for you is WHERE in the valley is a good place to get reasonably priced wood. I finally got the last of my boxes unpacked, and it should soon get cool enough in the garage to start some projects, but I just can't locate some place to take my money and leave me enough for a cup of coffee later!! Where do I go?? Where is the best (read Cheapest) place for good wood.
