Last summer, a wine cart project was posted in a Canadian publication.

I thought it would be fun so I gathered up the lumber and set to work. The following pictures run through some of the more significant steps. The top was 2x6 cedar, planed to 1 1/4 and and the middle and bottom shelves were from 5/4 fence boards planed to 7/8's. The rails are 1/2" copper pipe.

To cut the copper pipe, I built a jig to work with a precision saw and a pipe cutting blade.
