    I'm still not sure what the issue with the T track could be... My biggest bit wouldn't possibly get anywhere near the T tracks unless I do something stupid and fail to adjust the fence faces prior to turning the router on...

    As far as the chamfer is concerned, I haven't found sawdust under the fence to be a problem yet. The 4" DC port does a great job of keeping the top of the table. My follow on project, the kitty litter tub DC bucket is intended to take care of things under the table... On the drill press however that is a completely different story...
