Hat and Glove Storage w/hidden drawer

Found all of these materials in a dumpster...even the 14" full extension glides.

The "pretty" front and side are a torn apart cabinet door.

Box is joined via Kreg Jig.
Hidden drawer dividers are adjustable as I used 3/4" foam weather stripping.

This is my 2nd BT3 project (Sears 21829). Next up....play kitchen for my daughter w/granite countertops, fake stainless and LEDs to light the burners/microwave/under-cabinet task lighting.
    Best regards,
    Mark

That is a very cool project. I like the hidden drawer. I'd be confident that whoever it is that steals one glove will never find the stuff therein.

Very nice. I love the hidden drawer.

Isn't it amazing what you can find dumpster diving?

That is very nicely done piece. I also liked the price. Bill

Great use of recycled materials. That is a very niffty design, is it an original?

              Thanks

Hey gang, Thanks for all the kind words...
and thanks to JR for the philosphy.

lrogers, yep, an original design, but I stole the idea of using the foam weather stripping for the adjustable dividers for the magazine "Family Handyman".

As this was only my 2nd BT3 project, I learned a ton.

              gotta go poly a table.
              Best regards,
