    Intarsia Cross

After doing a set of kitchen cabinets and the rocking chair I decided to try something new..... and a little less expensive. Got a book " http://www.amazon.com/Easy-Make-Inla...5780191&sr=1-1 "
This is only my second go around with this so be gentle
This one is for my sister. Cross is mahogany, dove is holly, misc cherry and purdy red wood. Pat

I'm sure it's much better than what I could do on my second try. That is beautiful Pat. Thanks for showing it off.

      Pat,

The cross is beautiful, especially the dove. I love it, and I'm Jewish.

      Great Job.

I agree with Mark, you sure found a beautiful Dove inside that piece of wood.

About 20% of all images that get posted here are unviewable for me, no idea why. This one doesn't show in either Firefox 3.0 or IE.

It is possible that the images that are in question may be hosted on a server that your firewall is blocking...

That is a nice Cross. I am not sure if it is the photo, or the cross though. Are the arms of the cross sagging to the outside or is that an optical illusion?

I've seen them done intentionally that way before, so no biggie.

The dove is beautiful! Makes me REALLY want to get a band saw NOW!

Do you get a gray box or otherwise garbled image when you try to view them? If so do you have a Netgear router? Some of the images posted here are hosted on a site where we tracked it back to problems with Netgear. I have a Netgear and had to try several times to see Pat's Z chair. If I go to work on same computer the images show up just fine.
