My boys have a tooth jar (metal and a gift) they put their teeth in and place beside their beds to help aid the Tooth Fairy in finding the tooth. My neices and nephews are getting to the age to lose a bunch of teeth so I thought I'd try and make a small lathe "box" to give to them when they are ready. This is my first attempt at non-center work on the lathe. It turned out OK but I'll probably keep it and make new ones for them. The wood was plucked from the fire pile.
