Made from Maple and walnut. Has cornerpost dovetails. The lid has a lip that fits inside the box to prevent it from sliding off. The finish is a wipe on poly.

That is nice! The corner post dovetail is a feature that may not get much reaction from family and friends, but other woodworkers will notice and appreciate the craftsmanship.
