    Christmas gift bookcase

    here is my latest project, a bookcase made for my daughter. includes stained glass doors thatI did as well.

    She seemed to really like it!!!

      Wow! I made a bookcase with glass doors for my daughter too, I sure hope she doesn't see this one You did a great job.

        Thanks, since she wanted it so dark I was able to combine a couple wood choices, used Poplar for the top and door fronts, frame, and 3/4 birch ply for the box. used the Minwax one step Bombay satain (not a big fan) but once again she picked it out...... followed with 3 coats of spray on poly once I got the color right. Glass is copper tapped and soldered, thats about it.
