Beautiful set of shelves...and trust me...almost all of my projects have a "cheat" somewhere. I have actually come to expect it.

Very nice, the only thing you should be nervous about is the wife asking for another!

Really Nice, I like the finish a lot.
Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! -Rocky Balboa-

That is freakin' GEORGOUS!!! Nervous about posting??? I've put up some crap and everyone offers great advice. I wish I had quality work like this one of yours to post. Again, this is a beautiful piece of work. I would worry about 'shoes' being put on it.

That is a great piece. I saw that you promised that for the last 2 years. I have a large backlog also.

I wonder if there has been a thread where people talk about what is the longest an item has been on a wish list and that they actually delivered.

For example I have been talking about adirondack chairs for the last 3 years. I know they won't be difficult but I keep putting it off and when the summer season is done I don't think about it till next summer.
                    Thanks again,
                    Mike

Good idea, Mike. Start the thread and watch it grow. Many thanks to all for your kind comments. I won't point out the the other fudge factors - LOL. I guess it's just part of woodworking.
                      Blessings,

I thank everybody for the positive feedback and compliments. I don't take them easily because I'm very self-critical. You all have given me a boost of confidence and I sincerely thank you all.

Yes indeed that is a very good job and that is beautiful wood by the way. I don't know that I've ever seen a better finish job either. Yes you should be very pleased.
May you die and go to heaven before the Devil knows you're dead. My Best, Mac
